Microsoft 365 Admin Approval for BriteBiz Calendar
If you see "Need admin approval" when connecting your Outlook calendar, your Microsoft 365 administrator needs to grant consent for BriteBiz.
For Administrators
Go to entra.microsoft.com and sign in
Navigate to Identity β Applications β Enterprise applications
Search for BriteBiz and click on it
Click Permissions in the left menu
Click Grant admin consent for [Your Organisation]
Click Accept
The user can now retry the calendar connection in BriteBiz.
Note: If BriteBiz doesn't appear, ask the user to attempt the connection first β this registers the app. Requires Global Administrator or Cloud Application Administrator role.
