Multi Venue Accounts

You can use BriteBiz across multiple venues. In fact, BriteBiz is built from the ground up to manage Multi Venue accounts. Watch this video to see the main differences between a Single Venue and a Multi Venue account. MultiVenue accounts give you one point of login for all accounts and you can also apply different branding or users to each venue.

Important Things To Remember

  1. If you are using an accounting integration, all Venues need to be integrated with the same Quickbooks/Xero account.

  2. You also need to be hosting all your venue Gmail/Office 365 accounts from the same business account.

If you are using two separate Quickbooks/Xero accounts, or two Gmail/Office365 services, you will need to use two separate BriteBiz accounts. You will still be able to harness all the power of BriteBiz, but you will need to log into each account separately.
