There are four onboarding options, see below.
Option 1 - BriteBiz DIY Onboarding
Price - Complimentary
Lots of customers setup BriteBiz by themselves (if you are using an accounting integration you are required to use Option 3).
You have full access to our video Training Center with step-by-step guide on setting your account up. You also have full access to our support channel.
One 1-hour one-on-one session before you go live, customized to your needs.
The call includes a review of your setup that you have managed from our training resources and any outstanding queries you may have.
Information on additional modules from the options in BriteSuitePRO.
You manage your own data upload using this training video.
Additional paid training hours are available on request.
Customer success call 1 month after going live to answer any questions to ensure ongoing success.
Option 2 - BriteBiz Expert Onboarding Service
Price - 650 (plus local tax where applicable).
Priced per company/venue (if you are using an accounting integration you are required to use Option 3).
Three 1-hour one-on-one sessions customized to your needs.
Access to our video Training Center and easy access to our super support channel.
The first call is an intro call. Your BriteBiz consultant will talk about your business and your goals, and setup a training plan for you.
You will be guided on using our Video Training Platform and the section you need to complete.
On the following calls, we will provide customized review, advice, and assistance to ensure you and your team are set up for success.
Guidance with importing your contacts/inquiries/bookings into BriteBiz (file cleaning and uploading managed by you using this training video. See the managed data upload option below if you need the BriteBiz team to do this).
Direct contact with us by email and messenger between sessions, such as when you have a quick question or need help finding resources like tech support or training videos.
A customer success call 1 month after going live to answer any questions to ensure ongoing success. Advice on optional add-on features.
Option 3 - BriteBiz PRO Onboarding Service
Price - 850 (plus local tax where applicable) Priced per company/venue.
**Required for all Pro Accounts with a Xero or Quickbooks integration.
Four 1-hour sessions customized to your needs. The fourth call is a dedicated accounts integration and financial training call.

Option 4 - Bespoke - Required for Group Companies/Venues
Price - On request
Bespoke onboarding offers a more tailored white-glove onboarding service, tailored specifically for you. This option is designed mainly for;

Additional Onboarding Services
1. Data Upload - BriteBiz Team Support Data Upload
Price - On request (depends on file quality and amount of data)
Priced per company/venue.
If you want our team to manage your data import file for you, we can quote you a price for this. We advise that you manage this process by yourself if possible as you will know how to edit the errors quicker by referring back to your old systems or paper files.
2. Additional Training - Arrange Additional Training Hours
Price - 189 per hour (plus local tax where applicable).
We would be delighted to arrange any additional training hours that you need with your consultant. These hours are booked through your consultant and paid on booking.
