It is possible to pull leads from Meta (Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads) into BriteBiz using Zapier, with all the relevant and official links included.

Support: Please note that connecting Meta to Zapier is a third-party setup. Our support team does not provide specific setup support to configure either Zapier, or connecting Facebook to Zapier. If you require technical support, you should engage a technical manager at your end.

How It Works:

Facebook Lead Ads (Meta) ➡️ Zapier ➡️ BriteBiz

Action: Automatic lead capture and sync

When someone submits a lead form on Facebook or Instagram:

  1. Zapier detects the submission through the Facebook Lead Ads integration.

  2. It automatically sends the lead info to BriteBiz via a Zapier Webhook.

  3. The lead appears in BriteBiz almost instantly—no manual export or copy-paste is needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • ✅ A Meta Business Page connected to your ad account

  • ✅ An active Facebook Lead Ad campaign

  • ✅ A Zapier account (Sign up here)

Instructions

  1. Create a new Zap in Zapier

  2. Configure the Trigger on this new Zap. The trigger should be connected to your Facebook Leads Ads account and the Trigger Event set to 'New Lead'. You will need to sign in to your Facebook account to complete this step (Please see the article below for how to get started with Facebook Lead Ads in Zapier).

  3. Configure the Zap's Action to send a Zapier Webhook. Instructions on how to configure the webhook are in our "Creating New Inquiries with Webhooks" article. If you don't have access to this article, our support team can direct you to it.
