Microsoft 365 Admin Approval for BriteBiz
If you see "Need admin approval" when connecting your Outlook inbox or calendar, your Microsoft 365 administrator needs to grant consent for BriteBiz.
For Administrators
Go to entra.microsoft.com and sign in
Navigate to Identity β Applications β Enterprise applications
Search for BriteBiz and click on it
Click Permissions in the left menu
Click Grant admin consent for BriteBiz.com
Click Accept
The Permissions should look similar to the following:
The user can now retry connecting their Outlook account to BriteBiz.
Note: If BriteBiz doesn't appear, ask the user to attempt the connection first β this registers the app. Requires Global Administrator or Cloud Application Administrator role.
