Clearing your browser's cache periodically is a good habit to ensure BriteVenue continues to run as expected. Follow the steps below to find out how:

1. First, log out of BriteVenue
2. Next, select the History tab at the top of your browser.
2. Show Full History
3. Clear Browsing Data on the lefthand side
4. Select 'The Beginning of Time' at the top of this box
5. Check 'Cached Images and Files'
6. Click Clear Browsing Data
7. Exit out of the browser
8. Log back into BriteVenue
