Who Is The Subscription Manager?
The FIRST USER added to any account is tagged by the system as the "Subscription Manager". This user receives the following;
Email of successful subscription payment (monthly or annually)
Email of failed subscription credit card payment
Notifications of any overdue subscriptions
What Other Things Does The Subscription User Do?
The Subscription User has no other special permissions.
Anyone can add a credit card, or change credit card details in the Subscriptions tab (pictured above) in Settings (if they have permission to view the subscription section in settings).
Who Should be assigned to The Subscription Manager?
Some people want the notification to go to the owner or the person with the main info@ email address or the person who manages accounts.
How Do I Change The Subscription User?
If you want to change the Subscription Manager, you should contact Support and let us know who you want it switched to, we will be happy to change it for you.
How do I get My Subscription Invoices/Receipts?
We make this as easy as possible. Anyone who has access to the Subscriptions area can download subscription invoices. More details here
