How do I access the Surveys and Forms builder?

To get started with your data collection, you need to head over to the main navigation menu. Click on the Sites tab, and from there you will see the options for both Forms and Surveys in the top sub-menu. You can choose the builder to start creating a new one from scratch or select from an existing template.

πŸ’‘ Action Steps

  • Click on the Sites tab

  • Select Forms or Surveys from the top menu

  • Click on Builder

How do I add fields to my form?

Once you are inside the builder, you'll see a plus icon on the left-hand side to add elements. You can drag and drop standard fields like Full Name, Email, and Phone Number directly onto the canvas. If you need specific information, you can create custom fields to capture data that isn't included in the standard set.

πŸ’‘ Action Steps

  • Click the + icon to add elements

  • Drag and drop the Full Name field

  • Drag and drop the Email field

  • Drag and drop the Phone Number field

What is the difference between a Form and a Survey?

Forms are generally used for simple lead capture on a single page, whereas Surveys allow you to create a multi-step experience. With surveys, you can use slides to break up the questions, making it less overwhelming for the user. You can also use conditional logic to show or hide questions based on the previous answers provided.

πŸ’‘ Action Steps

  • Use Forms for single-page lead capture

  • Use Surveys for multi-step questions

  • Apply conditional logic to survey slides

How do I customize the design and styling?

To change how your form looks, go to the Styles tab in the right-hand panel. Here you can adjust the background color, change the font styling, and modify the border radius of your input fields. You can also toggle the agency branding on or off and inject custom CSS if you want to achieve a more specific look for your brand.

πŸ’‘ Action Steps

  • Open the Styles tab

  • Adjust the Background Color field

  • Change the Font settings

  • Modify the Border Radius

How do I set up what happens after a submission?

Navigate to the Options tab to define the post-submission behavior. You can choose to show a simple thank you message or redirect the user to a specific URL, like a booking page or a confirmation site. Make sure you name your form here as well so you can easily identify it in your automation triggers later on.

πŸ’‘ Action Steps

  • Click on the Options tab

  • Select 'Show Message' or 'Open URL'

  • Enter the redirect URL in the field provided

  • Fill in the Form Name field

How do I embed the form on my website?

When you are happy with your creation, click the Integrate button in the top right corner. You'll be given a few options: you can copy the embed code to paste it into an external website, or use the direct link to share the form as a standalone page. If you are using our built-in funnel builder, you can simply select the form element from the element list.

πŸ’‘ Action Steps

  • Click the Integrate button

  • Copy the Embed Code

  • Copy the Link to Share

  • Select the Form element inside a Funnel page

πŸ’‘ TIP - What do I do if there are some clients I do not want to survey? Maybe they made a complaint?

You might have a stage called BOOKED - and you are automating your surveys from that stage, we suggest that you create a second stage called BOOKED - DONT SURVEY
