How do I access the Floor Plans tab?
To get started with your floor plans, you first need to navigate to the main dashboard. Once you are logged in, look at the sidebar menu on the left-hand side and click on the Floor Plans tab. This will open up the primary viewer where you can see all available layouts for your project.

How can I switch between different levels or floors?
If your project has multiple levels, you can switch between them easily using the level selector. Go to the top right corner of the floor plan viewer and click on the Level dropdown menu. From here, you can select Ground Floor, Level 1, or any other level you have uploaded to see that specific layout.

How do I zoom and pan around the floor plan?
To get a closer look at specific areas, you can use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out. If you are on a laptop, you can use a pinch gesture on your trackpad. To move the plan around, simply click and hold your mouse button and drag the plan in any direction to pan across the room.

How do I view specific room details?
When you want to see details for a specific area, move your cursor over the room you are interested in. You will notice that rooms are often highlighted. Click directly on a room to open up the details panel on the right side of the screen, which shows you dimensions and any assigned assets.

How can I toggle layers on and off?
To customize what you see on the plan, you can use the layers toggle. Click on the Layers icon located on the left side of the map viewer. From here, you can turn off things like furniture, electrical symbols, or plumbing icons to make the floor plan easier to read for your current task.

How do I download or print the floor plan?
If you need a physical copy or a local file, you can use the export function. Click on the Download button in the top toolbar. You will be prompted to choose your format, such as PDF or PNG. Once you have selected your format, click Export to save the file to your computer.
