Over time, you may want to edit or update the names of products/services in your BriteBiz account. This is simple to do. Just go to settings, Products and Financial, go to the products list view, and click on the product you want to update.
Will Existing Bookings Be Updated?
Existing bookings will not be changed. You will be able to apply the new product/service names to new bookings only.
Will Quickbooks & Xero Be Changed?
All invoices that have already been raised in Quickbooks or Xero with the old product/service name will be unaffected by your update. The new product/service name will only be applied to new bookings.
