DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY OTHER DETAILS?

Due to Australian regulatory requirements, we are required to register your business details with the mobile phone number that is allocated to you as part of our SMS feature. To help us complete this registration on your behalf, please let us know:

Business Information:

  • Full Business Name: (Must match the exact business name on your business registration e.g. My Business Name Limited)
Acceptable Documentation: Proof of Identity - Commercial registry or equivalent

  • Business Address:

Acceptable Documentation: Proof of Address can be one of the following:

    • Commercial registry or equivalent showing address

    • Utility bill

    • Tax notice

    • Rent receipt

  • Business ID Number:

Acceptable Documentation: Proof of Business ID - Commercial registry or equivalent

Without the above details, we will not be able to register a mobile number for your business.

The important things to remember when sending SMS messages:

  1. You must obtain clear and unambiguous consent from a customer before you send them a text message.

  2. You should provide an easy way for them to opt out. We recommend that you add the following to your SMS templates:

    • 'reply STOP to opt-out'

  3. Telephone solicitation (including text messages) may not occur anytime before 9 a.m. or after 9 p.m. in the recipient's time zone.

Note: Mobile operators may filter or block messages on the fly if a message does not comply.
