BriteBiz allows you to upload files up to 10MB to emails for all template types.

There are also allowable file formats in the system as follows:

πŸ‘‰Allowable File Types: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx, txt, csv, xls, xlsx, mp3, rtf, m4a, zip, pptx.

How Do I Know If My File Is Too Big or Wrong Format?

If your file is too big or you use the wrong file format, one of the following things will happen.

1. Error Message

You will get an error message that the file is too large or wrong format similar to the error below.

2. Upload Button Turns Grey

If the system is not able to upload your file, the upload button may turn grey, you should refresh your page to get back into edit mode, and try again with an allowable file size/file format.

3. Auto Log Out

Very large files may cause the system to automatically log you out.

Alternatives

Google Business or Office365 - you may be able to send the file directly from your Google Business or Office365 email account where limits are generally between 10MB to 20MB per email. You will need to check with your provider.

Change File Format - If your issue is file format, you should be able to change file format to an allowable format.

File Sharing - If your issue is file sharing, you should be able use a File Sharing service such as Google Drive, OneDrive or WeTransfer.
