The best way to add images or pictures to your emails or templates is to drag and drop them from your desktop or file browser.
You can then resize and align in BriteBiz. We recommend you use standard image file types - JPEG and PNG files. Not all file types will work and it will also depend on your browser.

Once the image is selected, you can manage how large it appears by adjusting the dimensions. You'll see width and height fields where you can enter specific pixel values. It is often a good idea to keep the 'Constrain Proportions' checkbox ticked so that when you change the width, the height updates automatically, preventing your image from looking stretched or distorted.
π‘ Action Steps
Locate the Dimensions fields
Enter the desired pixel width
Ensure Constrain Proportions is enabled

In the image description or 'Alt Text' field, you should type a brief summary of what the image shows. This is important because if a recipient has images disabled in their email client, this text will display instead. It also helps with accessibility for users who use screen readers to navigate their emails.
π‘ Action Steps
Navigate to the Image Description or Alt Text field
Type a descriptive internal label or summary for the image
How do I align my image with the surrounding text?
π₯οΈ Go to this section in the video
To change how text flows around your image, you can use the alignment dropdown. By selecting 'Left' or 'Right' alignment, your text will wrap around the side of the image. If you leave it set to 'None', the image will simply sit on its own line or within the flow of the text like a large character.

Open the Alignment dropdown menu
Select Left, Right, or Center alignment
