When you convert a SmartDoc to a PDF, BriteVenue will read the SmartDoc one line at a time, and each image in a line is added separately.

There are two ways to achieve a PDF Design with multiple images in the same line.

1. Use tables in SmartDocs

So create a table and input your images and text into a table so that the entire table will be taken as a whole when you create the PDF. However, we recommend tables are best used for text only, not multiple images.

With multiple images, you will want to achieve a very specific design. So we recommend the solution below.

2. Use A Design Tool

Use a design tool such as Canva, Photoshop, or PowerPoint/Google Slides. Create the design you want and copy and paste it as one single image into SmartDocs.

This will mean that you have perfect designs in your SmartDoc PDF documents.
