If you have a client who is unable to E-sign their SmartDoc, and they get a Forbidden Error message, what does this mean?

The Forbidden Error page is generally shown when a user is blocked from accessing the site due to the firewall. The user's physical location (country/territory) can on rare occasions prevent a user from accessing the site.

You should contact our support team with details of where the person is based who cannot sign.
