You can only have two contacts on a booking. So only two contacts can have access to the client portal.

I ABSOLUTELY NEED A THIRD PERSON IN THE CLIENT PORTAL!

If you need a third person in the client portal, lets say father of the bride for a wedding, who is making the payments, it is best that the bride and groom share the same login with either the bride or grooms email details, and the other person can then be added with the second profile.

I WANT A THIRD PERSON LINKED TO THE BOOKING!

If you have a third or fourth contact that you want to link to a booking, for quick reference, lets say "Mother of the Bride" - you can set that person up with the own contact page. Once created, you can Copy the URL of that Brite page. Then in the Booking, you can use our "Links" section and create a link - call it "Mother or the Bride" and paste in the URL link.

NOTE - you should mark this link NOT VISIBLE to the client.
