If you have recently changed some settings in your email account (privacy settings, password etc.), the email and calendar integration may disconnect. If this has happened, it is best to reconnect both your email and calendar integration. Please follow the instructions below to reset these integrations.
How to reconnect your Gmail account.
1. Disconnect you service
Email: Go to: https://app.britebiz.com/myaccount/profile/editEmailInt
and click the red Deactivate Button.
Calendar: Go to: https://app.britebiz.com/myaccount/profile/calendar
and click the red Deactivate Button.
2. Reconnect your service
Once both the Email and Calendar integrations are deactivated, re-activate the integrations
Email: Go to: https://app.britebiz.com/myaccount/profile/editEmailInt
and select Gmail from the dropdown and click the Connect to Gmail button.
Calendar: Go to: https://app.britebiz.com/myaccount/profile/gcalConnect and click the Setup button.
This should re-establish you connection! :)
