Microsoft Word documents are formatted differently to Internet/Brite documents (which are HTML). So when copying and pasting from Microsoft Word into a Brite Email, Worksheet or SmartDoc, you need to click on the "Paste As Test" button (pictured below). This will remove all the Microsoft Word formatting. There are three steps.

  1. TURN ON the "Paste As Text" Button

  2. COPY AND PASTE From Microsoft Word into the Brite Email, Worksheet or SmartDoc.

  3. TURN OFF the "Paste as Text" button and you can apply your new formatting in Brite.

** All your Microsoft Word formatting will be removed after you paste. You just need to add the new styling/formatting that you want in Brite.
