Before using Floor Plans, you need to activate Floor Plans in permissions. Go to Settings, Account Settings, and Permissions. 

You need to turn on Floor Plan Permissions in two locations 

Bookings - Related Records (turn on and choose View/Edit &amp; Delete permissions) 

1. Bookings - Related Records (turn on and choose View/Edit &amp; Delete permissions) 
2. Settings - Turn Foor Plans On
