In one click, BriteBiz will show you the payments/cashflow you are due to receive in any month in the future. This is an incredibly powerful tool for Event professionals where so many payments are scheduled for the future.

You will find the Cashflow report Here

The report runs by month and year. Choose the year you want to analyse at the top.

There are two columns in the report.

  1. Payments received

This shows you the payments received in a month, regardless of when the payment was scheduled.

  2. Payments Due

This report you Outstanding Payments and the month in which they are Scheduled To Be Received.

Example - In the month of February, lets say a payment of 1,000 is Due in May of that year. The payment will show as due in May in the cashflow on the right hand column. If the client pays the amount in February, the payment will move from right column to left and show as Received in Febuary.

Left Column - Actual date money is received

Right Column - Date payment is scheduled for payment.

Overdue Payments

In the example above we can see some overdue payments relating to January. So the cashflow will show any amounts from a previous period that are still outstanding in Red.

This is another example below.

Here we can see payments scheduled for October that were not received. Once these payments are paid, they will move to the left column, to the actual month that the payments were received in.
