You can track your, or your teams activity in BriteBiz using the Meeting and Activity reports.
Meetings Report
The meetings report is a simple report to allow you to track the number of meetings in your business.
Just choose a date range and how you want to analyse the meetings. By the following options.
Month - Analysis by Month of meeting date.
Type - Analyse by the different meeting Types setup. If you want to setup additional meeting types, you can do that in Data Types Here.
Owner - To analyse by owner of meetings.
Activity Report
The activity report is a powerful way of showing activity of all users or one team member in any given day.
This can be particularly useful when you have a new team member and you need to review their work for any given day.
Firstly, choose the day you want to look at.
Choose all team members, or a particular team member.
Choose to look at activity for any of the following.
- Bookings
- Emails
- SMS
Click on any activity to bring you into the booking.
