There are three sales reports in BriteBiz, all located in the reports section of the platform Here.
The reports are as follows;
Inquiries - Revenue report based on when the inquiry was received. (Revenue = Inquiry Date)
Confirmed - Revenue report based on when the sale was closed - how much sales were closed in a certain period. (Revenue = Sales Closed date)
Revenue - Shows how much revenenue falls into each date period based on the date of the booking. (Revenue = Event Date)
As none of these reports are based on invoice date, you would not expect any to tie directly into your financial records.
Inquiries Report
You can view your conversion rates in the enquiries report. Note the following.
Date Range - Default is past 12 months broken down by month. You should add the date range you want to look at.
Types - Choose what booking types you want to analyse. Maybe weddings or corporate events, or all types.
Month - Next you choose how you want to analyse the sales. Your options are Month (default), Source, Stage, Owner, Google Ads (not a feature on all accounts) and Company (for multi-company accounts). When you change to Source for example, you can see all your lead sources and work out your real ROI on each channel.
Inquiries - This shows the number of enquiries received per month/source etc, during the time frame specified in 1/2.
Confirmed - Shows the number of inquiries confirmed/closed - based on criteria setup (inquiry conversion rate).
Payments - This shows the - payments received to date - for the relevant inquiries that have closed.
Revenue - Shows the total revenue for the closed inquiries.
Confirmed Report
This report looks at the revenue based on the dates you Confirmed/Closed the sale.
Date Range - Default is past 12 months broken down by month. You should add the date range you want to look at.
Types - Choose what booking types you want to analyse.
Month - Next you choose how you want to analyse the sales. Your options are Month (default), Source, Owner, and Company (for multi-company accounts).
Confirmed - Shows the number of confirmed booking closed in the selected month or by source or by owner or by company.
Payments - Payments received to date from the confirmed bookings.
Revenue - Total revenue relating to the confirmed bookings.
Av Revenue - Revenue / No. Confirmed
There is an option at the top to do the following.
a) Include Lost - This will include Lost records.
b) Export - You can export your report.
Revenue Report
This is a that shows the revenue based on the Booking Date. So when the booking actually takes place.
Example - If you received several inquires and closed several sales in, lets say November of a given year, but you had no events taking place in November, you would not see any Revenue in November in this report.
Date Range - Same as Confirmed Report.
Types - Same as Confirmed Report
Month - Same options as Confirmed
4. Confirmed - Shows the number bookings taking place in that time period.
5. Payments - Payments received to date for bookings taking place in the selected time period.
6. Revenue - Total revenue relating to the bookings in a given period.
7. Av Revenue - Revenue / Bookings
