Setting up your Sales Stages is essential to every business. Every business is different and it is important to take some time to set up your sales stages in a way that is just right for you. It is super easy to Add, Edit or Delete stages in the system, and you can change them over time.

1. New Leads

New leads come into your pipeline with a stage of New.

**Note - you can change the word "Lead" in the platform in Modules Here. You may prefer a word inquiry/enquiry.

How do I manage new Leads?

When you open a New Lead you have two options.

a) Archive - When there is no value in a Lead, and you do not want it to go into your Pipeline, you should archive it. You choose a "Lost" reason, ie why the lead is no value. Perhaps the date is not available or they are not a fit for another reason.

b) Move to Pipeline - If the Lead is a fit, you move it into your Pipeline to further the sales progress.

There is only one system stage in Leads = New. There is also one system Automation in Leads to auto change the Lead to Archive after 6 months. You can change this timeframe or delete this automation. You can also add more automations to the stage.

2. Managing Pipeline

It is easy to manage your Pipeline stages.

  1. Lead - You have one lead stage, New, described above.

2. Pipeline - Here you setup your Pipeline Stages.

  1. Lead - Setup any automations (4) you need at Lead stage.

  2. Pipeline - Setup your Pipeline stages. Your Onboarding Manager will help you with this. Also setup any automations (5) you need in your Pipeline stages. See automations training Here.

  3. Confirmed - When you confirm a booking, it goes to this stage, and set any automations you want after this stage (6).

Lost (Archive) Reasons for Leads and Bookings (7 and 8).

How do I add or edit them? - Go to the Lost Lead tab and add or edit here.

πŸ’‘ You can come back and update your stages at any time. If you are doing a mass import of inquiries and bookings, the stage names on the inquiries and bookings must match the stage names you have set up here.
