Inquiry stages are designed to manage basic inquiry information. Venues get large volumes of inquiries, and only some of them turn into real prospects.

You can manage your inquiry stages in Setting - Stages and Automation (see image below).

When you want to prepare a proposal, quote or contract for a client, you should press the "Convert" button and move them down your sales pipeline to a Tentative (Pipeline or Provisional) booking.

The image above shows venue tours at inquiry stages. You may want to change them to Tentative stages at your venue. The beauty about BriteVenue is you can manage the stages exactly as you want for your venue. Just add, edit or delete in Stages & Automation.

Once you convert to a tentative booking, you can use all the following features in BriteVenue to help you prepare your Proposal or Contract.
