How Do I Mass Update Inquiry or Booking Stages?

It is good practice to clear out your old inquiries every so often. Maybe you want to change all inquiries greater than 4 months old to Stage = Lost? There is a great feature in Replace replace all instances with BriteBiz that allows you to do mass updates.

How To Do A Mass Update

  • To do this, go to the list view for inquiries or bookings.

  • Create a filter on the "Created Date" column - greater than lets say 4 months old.

  • Then use the dropdown on the left to do a Mass Update.

  • Choose update Stage - and choose your new Stage = Lost (or whatever stage you have set up in your Replace replace all instances with BriteBiz account.
