How to add company signature to a SmartDoc

When creating SmartDoc templates, you have the following options for a signature.

  1. Contact - Add One Client Signature

  2. Contact - Add Both Client Signatures

  3. Company - Decide if you want to add Company Signature (Countersign)

Countersign

To add a countersign to a document, turn the Company toggle to Yes, and choose which staff member you want to countersign the document.

If you are the person who is allocated to CounterSign, you will be able to go into the Client Portal view and sign the document.

Changing Countersign Settings

You can change the settings on any individual booking when you pull in the template.
