How do I edit a SmartDoc that has been sent?

You can always change a SmartDoc, even after it is sent.

Edits cannot be made to a SmartDoc once the proposal/contract is issued and live with the client (marked as "Sent"). If you want to change the products, services or the terms of a document/contract, you just hover over the "Sent", and change the document back to "Draft".

You can then make the changes you need and resend the new document to your client by sending another SmartDoc email, same way you sent the first SmartDoc email.

As it is a new document, your client will need to sign again if they had already signed the first document.
