You can enable BriteBiz AI in a few easy steps.
1. Settings - AI
Go to settings, Account Settings and AI.
2. Accept Terms
Read and accept the BriteBiz AI terms and conditions. Always remember that you should proof any AI content before sending.
3. Set Your Business Tone
Next, setup your business description, tone and custom instructions.
1. Business Description - One line business description
2. Tone of Voice - Set your tone of voice. You can type this or use our prompts (note max 130 characters)
3. Custom Instructions - Any more custom instructions for your AI voice. We have given an example instruction at the end of this article.
4. Update - When you are ready, click "Update".
5. Last Update - You can change your AI Settings at any time, and BriteBiz will always give you date of last update and who updated.

Avoid: Sales-heavy language, overly casual slang, or impersonal corporate phrasing.
