SmartDocs is not a standard feature on all subscription levels. To activate SmartDocs on your account, you should contact BriteVenue Support or your Venue Consultant to activate on your account.

Once activated, you should turn on SmartDocs for users in Permissions.

Go to - Settings >>> Account Settings >>> Permissions

Choose a permission level.

Then turn on SmartDocs as per the image below.
