When I Set a Worksheet to Auto Activate, What Time are They Activated and the Emails Sent?
When you auto activate worksheets, an email is sent to all the contacts in your client portal who are active (shown by the green client portal cloud icon).
The email is sent at approximately 9.30 a.m. local time. Emails will not automatically go to contacts whose client portal has not been activated (shown by the red client portal cloud icon).
