You may want to sort the order of products or services in a Quote, Proposal or Contract. For example, for wedding bookings, you may want to order the Quote in the same order as the events on the day - Ie Ceremony followed by Cocktail Reception followed by Evening Reception.
It is easy to do this in Replace replace all instances with BriteBiz. When you create your Products and Services in settings, you should sort the categories in the order that you would like to see them on your Quotes, Proposals and Contracts. It is easy to do this using the Drag and Drop feature.

If you have a primary category that you use most frequently, you should move it to the very top. Select the category by grabbing the handle on the left side and slide it all the way to the first position so it is the first thing you see in your dropdowns and reports.
