Using Support and Training?

The fastest way to answer a question.

We have an extensive Support and Training section with lots of helpful text and video training. Once you are onboarded, this is where you should go to get answers to your questions. If you cannot find the answer in one of our articles, you can reach out to our team.

Steps as follows;

1. GO TO MY PROFILE - SUPPORT & TRAINING

First, you should go to My Profile on the top right-hand corner of your screen, and choose BriteBiz - SUPPORT & TRAINING.

2. SEARCH FOR AN ANSWER

Next, you should search the support articles to see if you can find an answer to your question. These are great articles and using the search feature is the quickest way to answer your question.

3. SUBMIT A TICKET

If you are not able to find an answer to your question, you should navigate to the bottom of the screen and submit a support ticket. A member of our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
