It is possible to Add, Edit or Delete resources/function rooms over time.
1. Add Resources
You can add Resource Categories or Resources by clicking on the + Add button on the top right of the page.
2. Edit Resources
You can edit the name or color setting of a resource by clicking on the Resource and changing the name - or color code, then click Update. This will update the name of the resource in all old bookings, all future bookings and in the calendar.
3. Delete Resources
You can delete a resource by clicking on the trash can.
This resource will then be archived meaning;
The resource will no longer be in the calendar view or the list of resources in the resource section, or available to select in any new booking.
You will still be able to see the resource in all old bookings and future bookings that you have used the resource in.
NOTE: If you want to delete a resource, we recommend that you go through your calendar first to see what future events are using the resource, and use a different resource where appropriate. Once you have assigned to a different resource, you can delete.
