It is possible to Add, Edit or Delete resources/function rooms over time.

1. Add Resources

You can add Resource Categories or Resources by clicking on the + Add button on the top right of the page.

2. Edit Resources

You can edit the name or color setting of a resource by clicking on the Resource and changing the name - or color code, then click Update. This will update the name of the resource in all old bookings, all future bookings and in the calendar.

3. Delete Resources

You can delete a resource by clicking on the trash can.

This resource will then be archived meaning;

  • The resource will no longer be in the calendar view or the list of resources in the resource section, or available to select in any new booking.

  • You will still be able to see the resource in all old bookings and future bookings that you have used the resource in.

NOTE: If you want to delete a resource, we recommend that you go through your calendar first to see what future events are using the resource, and use a different resource where appropriate. Once you have assigned to a different resource, you can delete.
