WHY? The client portal login URL is a great way to make the entire login process for your clients and staff entirely branded.
When you activate a client portal, your client will get a login link, they can always refer back to this link. You also get a bespoke branded client portal URL that you can share with all your staff and clients for easy login.
Where Is My Unique Client Portal URL?
On the Portal page, you will find the unique web address of your client portal. Go to
>> Settings
>> Company Settings
>> Portal
At the end of this page, you will see your Client Portal Login.
This is the URL web address for your unique branded Client Portal login page that you clients and staff can use to login. Your login page will display the banner/header from you client portal settings, with the login section beneath it.
WHERE DO I USE THIS?
You can use the URL anywhere to make branded login easy for you, your staff and your clients.
1. Website
Ask your web developer to add a "Login" button to your website using your URL as the button link. Use in the body of the webpages or in the Navigation Bar at the top of the page.
2. Emails & Documents
Include the URL in emails, email signature & documents so your clients have easy access to your branded login page.
Note: Booking portal must be activate for your clients to login.
HOW DO I TEST THE URL?
If you want to test the URL, you should copy the URL link. You have two options.
Log Out - You should log out of the system. Then copy the URL into your web browser (If you are logged in when you test the link, you will be taken directed to your admin account, not the client portal view).
Incognito Window - Alternatively, you can use an incognito window and paste the URL in there.
The client portal URL is a super feature and we recommend that it is used as much as possible.
MULTI COMPANY/MULTI VENUE ACCOUNTS
With Multi Company - Multi Venue accounts, each company/venue gets a separate URL login. Switch between the different client portal profiles to see the different URL's at the end of each page.
