One of the main features of your BriteBiz platform is the client portal, which allows your clients to view booking details, including products, services, proposals, contracts, worksheets, surveys, and payments as well as other resources including Pages, Images and Videos. Sharing booking information in a portal cuts down on a huge amount of admin work.

Main Portal Contacts
Every booking can have up to TWO primary contacts, which are visible at the top of a booking as per the image below. Primary contacts receive all system notification emails including payment reminders.
Adding Additional Contacts
You can add up to THREE additional contacts. To do this, you need to click on the More button on the right of the screen.
Then choose "+ give portal access to another Contact". You must set the contact up in your BriteBiz account first and just select the email address in the booking. You activate the secondary contacts the same way as the primary contacts and they will receive a system email to set a password.
These secondary contacts will be able to access all parts of the booking including products, payments, and worksheets.
**Note - secondary contacts will never receive system notification emails.
Secondary contacts can also attach files. If you do not want them to attach files, you should click on the paper clip to turn off attachments.
In total, you can have 5 contacts on each booking.
2 x Primary Contacts (who receive notifications)
and
3 x Secondary Contacts (who do not receive notifications)
This provides you with a powerful client management process to manage every booking just the way you want to.
