BriteVenue has a super Two-Way integration with Xero.

The Rule is -

  • Create your invoices and payments in BriteVenue,

  • Reconcile payment in Xero.

Adding Payments In Xero -

You can also add payments to invoices directly in Xero. If you do this, these payments will not show immediately in BriteVenue. The payments will appear in BriteVenue after a sync happens, which happens automatically overnight.

Manual Sync -

You can also do a manual sync on an individual invoice by clicking on the sync with Xero button. This should pull in all invoice payments that are attached to the invoice in Xero.
