When you set up a Web Form, you can choose to send an auto-responder email to the person who made the inquiry.

If you want your auto response emails to come from a general email address (not a personal email address) such as weddings@myvenuename.com or hello@myvenuename.com, you have two options.

OPTION 1

One user, lets say say emily@myvenuename.com, should setup an email alias with weddings@myvenuename.com and set that email as the default email address. When auto responses emails are set to send from Emily@, they will use the default email address of weddings@. To learn how to set up email alias's and how to set default emails CLICK HERE.

In this method, the emails will still come from Emily, but with the main address of weddings@myvenuename.com etc.

CHANGE THE USER NAME - BriteVenue sends emails using the name that you added in User Setup. You can also change the user name, so instead of sending emails as "Emily Jones", you can send as "Emily Venue Name". To change your user name CLICK HERE.

OPTION 2

If none of the current users want to setup weddings@myvenuename.com as their default email address, and if you don't want any person to be named in the response, then you can use this option.

>>> Setup A New User

You should set up another User in BriteVenue with a name like "Wedding Team", and integrate that user with the main venue email address - eg weddings@myvenuename.com. You can also add a unique signature to the "Wedding Team" user account. You can now set your Auto Response emails to come from this User/ Email Address.
