For most businesses, Facebook generates a significant amount of inquiries. For businesses using Facebook advertising, it is important to track not only the number of inquiries you are getting from Facebook/Meta, but also the number of bookings you get from these inquiries and the revenue earned. Calculating Facebook/Meta ROI is crucial for your marketing strategy.

So how do I track all my Facebook inquiries in BriteBiz?

STEP 1 -Setup a Facebook Inquiry Form in BriteBiz

Firstly, you should set up an inquiry form in BriteBiz that you use only for Facebook leads. Go to Settings - Inquiries. If you want to refresh on how to setup an inquiry form, watch this video CLICK HERE.

First, make sure you have Facebook setup as an Inquiry Source - to refresh on adding data types CLICK HERE. When creating the inquiry form, you should add the field "Source" and set it to Facebook as follows.

1 - Choose - Add Field

2 - Choose Source

3 - Required - Choose Yes

4 - Hidden - Choose Yes - And choose a default value = Facebook

This means, when anyone fills in this contact form, the source will be automatically set to Facebook in BriteBiz!

STEP 2 - Create A Unique Landing Page On Your Website

You need to create a hidden page on your website for this Facebook Contact Form. Once you have created the hidden page, add the HTML code for your Facebook contact form. This page is now your exclusive page for Facebook leads. If your web developer needs any assistance with this, send them to THIS PAGE.

STEP 3 - Add The Landing Page Details To Facebook

In Facebook, you can now use your new website page URL to the "Contact Us" button in Facebook and on your Facebook posts. So all contacts from Facebook will go directly to your Facebook Landing Page on your website. And anybody who makes an inquiry on that webpage is marked with a source of Facebook.

How can I calculate my ROI on Facebook inquiries?

You can see your see your ROI on all your inquiry sources using the "Reports" feature in BriteBiz.

  1. Go to Reports

  2. Choose "Inquiries" (or "Confirmed" if you want to run a report on confirmed bookings).

  3. Choose a date range - The inquiry report is based on the date the inquiry was received and the "Confirmed" bookings report is based on the date of the booking.

  4. Change the dropdown to "Source".

  5. All your sources are then broken down in graph and list format. You can see the number of inquiries/bookings from Facebook, what percentage converted into bookings, and the total amount of "Payments" received to date and total "Revenue" associated with the Facebook inquiries.

You can "Export" the report for further analysis. This allows you to calculate your true ROI on all Facebook leads!
