Adding your Email Inbox to the dashboard.

- On your dashboard, click the edit link in the top right corner.

- On the add widgets menu, click Email Inbox

- Click save layout

If you have integrated your email account, the Email Inbox widget will look similar to the following:

The first dropdown on this widget lists your own email account (if you have an active email integration) and any inbox that has been shared by other account users. Use this dropdown to switch between email inboxes.

The second dropdown allows you to switch between the most recent (max. 50) emails or the most recent Unread (max. 50) emails in the selected inbox.

The Primary/Focused tickbox, when ticked, will show only emails from the Primary (Gmail) or Focused (Outlook) inbox of the currently selected email account.

Allow other users to see your email inbox on their dashboard

To allow other account users to see your email inbox on their dashboard, simply open your email integration settings (here), select Yes on the 'Can users view your email inbox on the Dashboard' and click Save:

Note: You need to select Yes to 'Can users view your emails with Contacts' before the option 'Can users view your email inbox on the Dashboard' is made visible.

Note: It is NOT recommended for Senior Managers or Business Owners to allow account users to view their emails or make their inbox available on the dashboard.
