Can the system notify me when an inquiry or booking is assigned to me?

You can set your BriteApp to notify you when you get new inquiries from a web form or directory. But lets say inquiries are added manually, or the owner of an inquiry or booking is switched to a different owner? Well the super answer is yes - you can also get the system to notify you!

How To Set This Up?

  1. Go to Settings - Then Templates

  2. Click on the Settings Wheel

  3. Here you can turn the slider to On or Off

This is a super useful tool if you commonly switch the owner of inquiries and bookings between different members of your team and you want the new owner to be notified.
